How much does SellerTray cost?

What counts as billable usage?

A billable usage unit is an AI-assisted order where SellerTray uses AI to help interpret a customer conversation and turn it into structured order activity. The value of the sale does not change the usage rate.

Does SellerTray take a percentage of my sales?

No. SellerTray does not charge a percentage of your sales or gross merchandise value.

Are WhatsApp, payment or other provider charges included?

Third-party charges can apply separately where a provider charges for messaging, payment processing or another connected service.

Will other sales channels be included automatically?

Not necessarily. SellerTray already supports mobile POS and WhatsApp commerce. Future channels can be offered as optional add-ons so merchants do not have to pay for channels they do not use.

Can SellerTray run discounts, promotions or free trials?

Yes. When an approved promotion, discount or trial is active, the pricing page will show the current offer before you subscribe.

Can pricing change later?

Yes. SellerTray may update prices or commercial terms prospectively. The current published rate card will be shown on this page before purchase or renewal where applicable.
