Acceptable Use Policy

1. Lawful business use

SellerTray must not be used to conduct, promote or facilitate activity that is unlawful in the place where the merchant operates or where the activity is directed.

2. Messaging abuse

• Do not send unlawful spam or deceptive messages.
• Do not impersonate another person or business.
• Do not evade a connected provider's consent, template, opt-out or messaging restrictions.
• Do not use customer information for purposes the merchant is not entitled to carry out.

3. Security misuse

• Do not attempt to bypass access controls or probe another merchant's account.
• Do not introduce malware, destructive code or intentionally harmful traffic.
• Do not use SellerTray credentials, tokens or integrations to access data without authorisation.

4. Fraud and harmful commerce

SellerTray must not be used to facilitate fraud, theft, deceptive sales practices or other harmful commercial activity.

The final approved policy may include more specific restricted categories where required by payment, messaging or app-store partners.

5. Enforcement

ProcessEdge may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, merchants, connected providers or the service. The final enforcement and appeal process will be aligned with the approved Terms.
