SELLERTRAY LEGAL
Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy
How SellerTray subscription, usage, optional services, payment timing and cancellation are intended to work.
1. Pricing structure
SellerTray's approved commercial direction uses a base subscription, clearly defined usage and optional paid services or channels.
SellerTray does not charge a percentage of a merchant's sales under the approved commercial model.
2. Included and additional usage
Each paid plan should state what usage is included and the rate that applies when usage exceeds the included amount. Usage units must be described clearly enough for a merchant to understand what is being charged.
3. Optional services and third-party charges
Optional channels or services may be charged separately rather than being bundled into every plan.
Fees charged by payment processors, messaging providers or other third parties may apply separately from SellerTray charges.
4. Billing cycle and payment
The final policy will state the billing cycle, supported payment methods, invoicing timing, tax treatment and what happens if payment fails.
5. Plan changes
The final policy will state how upgrades, downgrades, additional users and optional services affect the current billing period and next renewal.
6. Cancellation
The approved cancellation process should state when cancellation takes effect, whether access continues to the end of a paid period and what happens to accrued usage charges.
7. Refunds and disputes
Refund eligibility, billing-error reporting periods and dispute handling must be approved commercially and legally before this policy becomes effective.
